Lease Terms
Initially you can choose a 6 or 12 month lease at the same rental rate. We also offer a short term 3 month lease for $100 more per month. Once you complete a lease you have a choice to renew on a month to month basis for and additional $60 per month. We will contact you 60 days before your lease expires with lease renewal options. At the end of your lease we require a 30 day written notice to vacate if you do not wish to extend your residence.

Creekside charcoal grill near the pool. Residents are welcome to use year-round.
Parking
Ample parking is available next to each apartment.
Pets
We accept large dogs- all breeds with no aggressive past history. 2 pets per apartment. $250 non refundable 1 time fee, no additional monthly charges. We also allow cats, birds, and fish!!!
